OA High Adventure

OAHA programs are like nothing else Scouting has to offer. Experience any of the BSA's national high adventure bases in a whole new way by giving service and forming bonds of brotherhood with Arrowmen from across the nation. With Trail Crew at the Philmont Scout Ranch, Wilderness Voyage and Canadian Odyssey and Norther Tier, Ocean Adventure at the Florida Sea Base, and the Summit Experience at the Summit Bechtel Reserve, there's an adventure for everyone. National Leadership Seminar

The National Leadership Seminar is one of the premier training programs in Scouting and one of the best events the Order of the Arrow has to offer. NLS guides participants to a new understanding of leadership. Participants leave the weekend with not only a renewed sense of motivation but also with a game plan on how to apply their new skills back home. NLS is a perfect program for lodge and chapter leaders; find out more about attending the National Leadership Seminar below!

Wachipi

June 6-10, 2017, Arrowmen from all corners of the country will gather at the Philmont Training Center for Wachipi - a national American Indian seminar! Wachipi is the Lakota word for dance, a gathering of people for fun and fellowship. That’s what Wachipi American Indian Seminar will be: Arrowmen from around the country will gather to celebrate, honor and learn about the Order of the Arrow’s rich history and tradition of the American Indian.

Operation Arrow

In 2017, over 750 youth Arrowmen will join Operation Arrow - the OA's staff team at the National Scout Jamboree. The OA has been providing service to the National Scout Jamboree since 1950, and 2017 will be no exception! Arrowmen can serve in three different areas: Trek Guides, Service Corps, and Indiana Village. You, too, can join these Arrowmen from across the country in supporting the BSA's largest event.
